Registration Package A
This is the Full Package and the charges are Rs:26,000/-(US$ 666/-) for members and Rs:28,000/-(US$ 720) for nonmembers. This package includes all the Scientific Sessions, stay in Hotel Jaypee Palace on a twin sharing basis for 3 nights and 4 days, starting from the 16th of April and checkout on 19th April, 2009. Additional nights can be availed of on a pro-rata basis.
The Full Package includes the stay on a twin sharing basis, breakfast on 3 days, lunch on all 4 days and dinner on 3 days (including the Curtain Raiser and the Grand Evening). Also included
are the tours to the Taj Mahal, Fathepur Sikhri and Agra Fort. Logistics will allow
a delegate to only take two tours. On registration, please select the two tours of
choice. If you have a preference of stay with any specific delegate, please indicate
in the registration form. If not, we shall communicate with you about your stay partner by Email. Accompanying person (non-dental) charges are Rs 18,000/- (US $466)
which inlcudes all benfits other than scientific sessions.
