POSTERS SCHEDULE
This biennial meet will for the first time introduce the concept of Electronic
posters. All participants will have to design the poster electronically and only a
soft copy on a CD will be required. There will be no physical posters which will be
put up. Multiple electronic screens will be available in the poster room and all
posters will be displayed in cycles. Each poster will have a 6 minute display period
and will be repeated the entire day depending on the total number of posters
submitted. The expected cylce time is a display of the poster every hour.
The poster will have to be developed as a single static display but can contain as
many animations as desired. A sample E-Poster is available on the website. It is recommended to develop the poster as a single Power point slide. A soft
copy of the Electronic poster will have to be E-mailed or couriered on a CD latest by
the 7th of March, 2009. Submissions for the posters have to be made latest by the 15th
of February, 2009. Acceptance of posters will be conveyed by E-mail.
